Been here 3 times. Every time the food is great. Service is usually good. Today the server wasnt the best we've had. I've worked in the industry for a long time and can appreciate consistantly great food.
My last visit I sat by the kitchen and was impressed with the organization and cleanliness.
This place is turning into a go to spot for our family. -

Tried this place for the first time. Made reservation online via Resy as I've seen on the reviews that they can get busy.
The ambience is loud, but not annoying. Just don't expect a romantic date night happening here. The crowd is a mix of family, couples, group of friends...
Our server was good and attentive, but really hard to hear because of the noise level.
For cocktails we ordered:
BARREL AGED MANHATTAN - Fremont Mischief rye whiskey, Fee Brothers bitters, a little vermouth and a hint of Bénédictine aged in our own oak barrels. 13.95
MOSCOW MULE
Vodka, ginger liqueur, fresh lime, ginger beer. 9.95
The Manhattan was good and so is the mule but I've had better Moscow Mule from other places.
For starters, we had:
WILDFIN APPETIZER TOWER
Garlic prawns, calamari, smoked salmon spread. 25.95
My favorite was the Garlic prawns, but found one shrimp wasn't cleaned out properly (still had the vein). It doesn't affect taste if shrimp are not deveined, but aesthetically it didn't look good especially if the rest are cleaned out.
The calamari is tasty, but not the usual calamari I'm used to. It's meaty, so it doesn't have the usual crunch I come to expect in a calamari. However, it was tender.
The smoked salmon spread was served with sliced grilled bread and one sweet gherkin. The bread was disappointingly not crunchy. The spread was good. The sweet gherkin was awesome!
I think the appetizer tower is best shared with at least 4 people. It was a lot of food for 2 people as a starter.
For dinner:
MIXED SEAFOOD GRILL - Wild all natural scallops, Pacific white prawns, wild sockeye, lemon garlic vermouth butter, avocado basil lime verde, grilled Inaba Farms asparagus, baby carrots. 29.95 Gluten Free
ALASKAN HALIBUT* 34.95 - you choose how it's prepared between grilled or seared. Hubby chose Simply Grilled - Lemon garlic vermouth butter, Columbia Basin marble potatoes, broccolini, baby tomatoes, avocado lime verde. 636 calories Gluten Free
I liked the Mixed Seafood Grill. The scallops were cooked nicely -- tender and juicy. The avocado basil lime verde was a nice complement to them. The pacific white prawns were seasoned nicely.
If I hadn't tasted hubby's halibut dish, I probably would've liked the wild sockeye. It was a bit dry compared to the halibut.
Instead of asparagus, the dish came with Brussels sprouts and carrots. The Brussels sprouts were delicious! The carrots were nice and sweet.
The Alaskan Halibut was amazing! It was nicely cooked. It was buttery and melted in your mouth. I recommend this dish if you like fish.
For dessert, we shared:
BANANAS FOSTER BREAD PUDDING*
Vanilla custard, candied walnuts, caramelized pineapple, warm bananas Foster sauce, Tillamook vanilla ice cream. 8.95
The bread pudding was delicious. I liked how the bread pudding was in several small pieces so you get a lot more surface crunch than if it was served in one big piece. It's a nice twist from a traditional bread pudding. -

First star: Mac and Jack's on happy hour. Could find happy hour meat to save my life but I won't complain with this tall boi in my hand
Second star: delectable fries with that extra crispy outside and high in relish content tartar sauce
Third star: this is champagne vinegarette salad dressing that I will absolutely go back for. What is it, white wine vinegar in there? I want to know! I subed this instead of the wasabi ginger dressing for my salad. Nice portion of I'd salad.
They were out of a few things and I recommend this place have less on the menu and be able to deliver. The ahi on the salad was pretty but hard to cut and chew and you know, that's not a good sign. So basically this is mainly a seafood place but I'm scared to order any more seafood here. Also, I've never met cheese I didn't like but this was the worst fondue I've ever had- the texture was a problem and the taste was eh. Interestingly enough the meat on the fondue tray was very moist and flavorful. We sat on the patio and the bees loved it too. I wonder if they have that stuff in a sandwich at lunchtime. Don't get me wrong, I ate several bites of fondue- can't let any bread in a one mine radius of me go to waste! I'll go back for Mac and jacks and fries. I think I spied Bananas Foster on the menu- I'm down to try that. I hear they have a good French Dip sandwich- it will be hard to be so close to Jack's Grill and order a French Dip somewhere else but I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone so I'll do it -

Good burger and definitely worth its name sake. The trio of bacon, cheese, and brioche is a classic. The potato salad was honestly my favorite part of the meal!! Whatever the sauce is is amazing.
The wait time to be seated and for the check was much longer than average. However, you could tell the staff was hustling and our waitress was kind. If you plan on going on a Friday - make reservations. -

Food is decent. Service is usually friendly and welcoming. Parking is good. I like the outside fireplace! I also enjoy the indoor fireplace.
Convenient location. Prices average for the Eastside. Worst thing in my opinion is the acoustics... it gets very loud when it's busy and it's difficult to hear your fellow companions at your table.
